Curren Sheldon is an Emmy-winning and Academy-Award nominated producer, filmmaker, and DP.
He is the director of photography and producer of the Netflix Original Documentary Heroin(e). Heroin(e), a 2018 Academy Award Nominee and News & Documentary Emmy Nominee, documents three women on the front lines of the opioid epidemic in Huntington, WV. The film premiered at the 2017 Telluride Film Festival and was featured at The Obama Foundation Summit, the Meet The Press Film Festival, and was nominated for a 2018 Cinema Eye Award for Outstanding Achievement in Nonfiction Short Filmmaking.

Sheldon is also the producer and director of photography of the Netflix Original Documentary “Recovery Boys.” “Recovery Boys” premiered at the 2018 Hot Docs Film Festival and was called “Sensitive and life-affirming” by The LA Times and “A moving yet cautionary tale” by The New York Times.
